Cancellation Fee
1/Cancellations received in writing after July 15, 2009 and before August 22, 2009 will result in a cancellation fee equal to one overnight per room.

2/Cancellations received in writing after August 22, 2009 and until 08 days before the arrival, will result in a cancellation fee equal to two overnights per room.

Cancellation notifications should be faxed or emailed to Aquila Rithymna Beach and Convention Centre, Crete Greece before or on above dates.
